TAV CONSULTING is a team focused on building community and organizational capacity to help seniors live well. We assist with organizational transformation, infusing energy, creating strategy, and leverage internal and external resources for greater impact.
TAV Consulting is a subsidiary of The Aging Village, a community dedicated to providing the latest information, resources, and services to help seniors live well.
With comprehensive expertise in aging services and public sector operations, TAV partners with government and community agencies to maximize their effectiveness in supporting seniors. We help agencies build sustainable community capacity that enables seniors to age with dignity in their own communities, optimize utilization of available resources and benefits, and maintain fiscal balance.

Services include operational assessments, development of program logical models and key performance indicators, evaluation planning, and balanced scorecard integration.
PARTNERSHIP ENHANCEMENT including development of cross-sector partnerships that align with your strategic priorities, maximizing community impact and creating sustainable change.
SPECIAL EVENTS AND INITIATIVES including the planning and implementation of events from Senior Housing + Care Summits, Resident Engagement, Older Americans Month Celebrations, and Aging-in-Place Initiatives.
TRAINING including staff assessments, in-services, capacity building, and initiatives designed to create a motivated and unified service culture.
GRANT FUNDING including grant research, strategy, writing, monitoring and final reporting.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND EVALUATION including the development of solicitations and evaluation of proposals.
